Construction Services
In today’s business climate, where every dollar counts, owners are looking to a single entity to provide design/build/operate (DBO) services. As a DBO contractor, FRM takes responsibility for completing the entire project. We know how to streamline the process and deliver a quality product on time and as budgeted. Working collaboratively with the owner and project team, we explore the best solutions from the standpoint of facility constructability, operation, and cost. Ongoing communication is vital to the project’s success.

We review design documents as they evolve and offer immediate feedback on alternative designs, details and methods before the documents are final. Since our staff has operations experience, we can detect design flaws before a facility is built. And, when a project involves engineering, we will work with your consulting engineer or assist you in locating the appropriate resources.

Operations Services
FRM provides O&M solutions to the water and wastewater industry, providing both onsite staffing and FRM-designed remote control and monitoring equipment on an as-needed hourly basis or on long-term contracts.

We conduct full system audits to evaluate equipment and performance efficiencies, recommend system upgrade alternatives, and setup automated maintenance and reporting programs.

Our licensed personnel are available to operate systems, train and supervise the owner’s onsite staff, and provide 24-hour standby service. Senior operators also establish quality control programs to ensure continuous delivery of safe drinking water and that system maintenance and repairs are performed according to applicable standards and regulations.

We are knowledgeable of California’s water and wastewater regulations pertaining to facility operation and compliance, making certain that the facilities we operate on behalf of our clients run efficiently and without interruption.

Mechanical Services
Our staff is industry certified, factory trained, and understands the importance of maintaining a quality control program to ensure our client’s facilities operate efficiently for the entire expected life span.

Using a computer-based system, we track preventive and corrective maintenance activities to verify equipment reliability, schedule service inspections as prescribed by the manufacturer to ensure systems meet applicable standards and regulations, and monitor equipment costs.

We always keep clients informed regarding equipment repairs and recommend ways to optimize operations with the objective of lowering costs.

When emergencies happen, we respond 24/7. Corrective action must be prompt, thereby keeping service interruptions to a minimum. FRM owns a fleet of vehicles including a vacuum truck, sewer jet rodder and earthmoving equipment, allowing us to respond quickly to any water or wastewater facility emergency.
