Industrial Water/Wastewater Maintenance Mechanic

A company in San Luis Obispo County has an immediate opening for an Industrial Water/Wastewater Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! Duties will include preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and capital improvements to clients' water and wastewater machinery and equipment including; pumps, motors, blowers, controls systems, power distribution systems, compressors, generators, aerators, filtration equipment, etc.

Applicants must have a valid CA driver's license and must be insurable. Experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems is preferred. Must be willing to relocate to this area, and work with sewage.

The ideal candidate would have several years of experience working on the above-mentioned equipment and hold a CA Class B driver's license with tanker endorsement, a CA D1 Water Distribution License and a CA collection system license.

This is a full-time position with benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, uniform allowance and company cell phone, etc. Pay rate: $15-$35/hr D.O.E.
