FRM is located on the Central Coast of California. Our mission is to protect California's water resources and we do that through: 

Strict compliance with discharge permits
Developing new and more efficient treatment methods
Responding rapidly to emergencies  
Providing trained, certified staff to act as stewards of 
our clients’ equipment
