STORMWATER ANNUAL REPORTS ARE DUE JULY 15!

Stormwater Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS) allows users to electronically report National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirement and report submittals. FRM employs compliance specialists that assist stormwater clients with the following:

DATA ENTRY FOR AD-HOC REPORTS: FRM staff can process sample results from Qualifying Storm Events (QSE), confirm they are within limits and enter data into ad-hoc reports within SMARTs for the Duly Authorized Representative (DAR) or Legally Responsible Person (LRP) to certify.

DATA ENTRY AND ASSISTANCE WITH ANNUAL REPORTS: FRM can assist facilities with entering data for annual reports within SMARTs for the DAR or LRP to certify. Annual reports are due by July 15th each year!

PREPARATION OF LEVEL 1 OR LEVEL 2 ASSESSMENTS: We can assist facilities in preparing Level 1 or Level 2 Assessments and uploading them to SMARTs for the DAR or LRP to certify.

PREPARATION OR UPDATES TO STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLANS (SWPPPs): FRM staff can assist facilities with preparing or updating their SWPPP and uploading it to SMARTs for the DAR or LRP to certify.
