WHAT SETS US APART AS AN INSTALLATION CONTRACTOR

Fluid Resource Management’s Mechanical Division has been installing package wastewater treatment plants for more than two decades.  Installation teams include millwrights, machinists certified welders and heavy equipment mechanics who are trained to recognize design deficiencies and conflicts prior to installation.  Almost all installation and site integration tasks are performed by FRM instead of subcontractors and mobile fabrication equipment allows changes to be made and parts to be fabricated onsite. Additionally, FRM has been a factory-authorized installer of Cloacina package wastewater treatment plants and equipment for ten years.

PACKAGE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT INSTALLATION SERVICES OFFERED BY FRM:

• Receipt and inspection of the equipment as it arrives at the installation site

• Craning of the plant into position

• Review of the site layout to ensure that all equipment is set in the correct location

• Installation of tank anchors according to structural recommendations

• Reassembly of any components removed for shipping

• System-wide plumbing and electrical connections 

• Integration of other site equipment into the new package treatment system

• Verification that all integrated site equipment works together as a whole

• Completion of all pre-commissioning tasks required by the manufacturer and start-up technician

• Start-up assistance
