OPERATIONS DIVISION

The Operations Division of Fluid Resource Management employs state licensed certified water and wastewater operators to manage public and private systems throughout California in accordance with discharge permits and regulatory agency requirements. This division strives to keep facilities in compliance while protecting the client’s assets, California's water resources and the environment. Clients can contract with FRM for comprehensive management of their facility or select periodic a-la-carte operational services based on their budget, staffing, location and facility needs.
