ABOUT

Fluid Resource Management (FRM) was founded in 1999 to address the need for contract operations for small water and wastewater systems on California’s Central Coast.  FRM was one of the first operations and maintenance companies in San Luis Obispo County and quickly became a trusted resource for public and privately-owned water, wastewater and winemaking facilities.

In 2009, members of The Ellison and Nally Families, who were employed as FRM’s General Manager, Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager and Mechanical Manager, purchased Fluid Resource Management from its original owner and moved the corporate headquarters to Arroyo Grande.  Continuing the company’s founding vision of being the leading provider of services for the water, wastewater, winery and stormwater industries on the Central Coast, FRM now has five separate divisions each specializing in a particular aspect of water and wastewater.  Fluid Resource Management’s ownership team has almost a century of combined experience as operators, maintenance technicians, project managers and plant superintendents at both municipal and privately-owned facilities.

Fluid Resource Management offers water, wastewater, winery process waste and stormwater treatment and management.  Our highly-specialized and certified staff offers operations, maintenance, mechanical, controls, compliance and engineer/manufacture/build/operate (EMBO) services and emergency response 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
