fluid resource management (1 of 1)-9.jpg

The Operations Division of Fluid Resource Management employs state certified water and wastewater operators to manage public and private systems throughout California in accordance with discharge permits and regulatory agency requirements.  This division endeavors to keep facilities in compliance while protecting the client’s assets, California's water resources and the environment.  Clients can contract with FRM for comprehensive management of their facility or select periodic a-la-carte operational services based on their budget, staffing, location and facility needs.

WHAT SETS US APART?

  • We staff our clients’ facilities, collect samples and respond to emergency conditions 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year

  • Multiple operators are trained at each facility to ensure consistent and reliable coverage and sampling over holidays and staff vacations

  • FRM proactively meets with regulators to determine how we can improve facility compliance and reporting methods. We have working relationships with local municipalities and regulators spanning decades.

  • Fluid Resource Management owns a wide variety of field instrumentation including: dechlorinators, diffusers, pressure loggers, flow meters, well sounders, MLSS meters, TSS meters, TDS meters, composite samplers and DO analyzers

  • Each operator is provided a truck equipped with tools ready for daily rounds, sampling and emergency response

  • The majority of our operators are licensed in both water and wastewater, are confined space entrant and attendant certified and trained in CPR and first aid.  This allows tasks that would typically be performed by multiple staff members to be performed by the minimum number of operators necessary to accomplish the task, which results in cost savings for our clients.

  • We maintain strategic partnerships with local vendors to acquire replacement parts and equipment quickly

  • FRM can provide comprehensive management of a client’s facility or periodic, a-la-carte operational services based on their budget and facility needs
