The Compliance Division employs Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioners (QISP) to oversee reporting and compliance for stormwater clients. FRM has extensive experience with Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPP) and Best Management Practices (BMP) review, preparation and implementation. Compliance specialists can also provide client training, Level 1 and Level 2 Exceedance Response Actions (ERA), prepare sampling schedules and coordinate with the ELAP-certified laboratories for bottle preparation and delivery. FRM staff carefully monitor storm events that may trigger sampling requirements and notifies clients that may be affected.
